As a coach and consultant I function like the double bass in an orchestra: subtly powerful, guiding, and foundational. The double bass provides the groundwork upon which the orchestra can develop and build, just as I support organisations and individuals in change and transformation.
Music has been the common thread throughout my life. From a little girl behind a big double bass to a performing musician. With time, my focus shifted to the organisational and strategic side. This broad experience forms the foundation of my work today: consulting and coaching. Still driven by a deep-rooted belief in the immense power and value of music.
My role is to guide change and transformation, with a focus on empowering individuals. Like the double bass in an orchestra, I position myself among the musicians, working in the background, yet essential for structure and cohesion within organisations.
For orchestras, ensembles, chamber music groups, both small and large, emerging and established. Always the two sides of the coin: the musicians and the organisational side.
Bringing structure, addressing tensions and challenges, through individual guidance and strategic advice at the organisational level.
